- Oversees daily operations of the Region
- Maintains and preserves the integrity of our people, products, and programs
- Facilitates decision-making for Division Managers
- Responsible for future-focused growth and planning
Region Sales Director
- Responsible for development of management with a core focus on recruiting and sales growth
- Designs and implements efficient and effective recruiting and training procedures
- Plans and develops content for Region-level events
Sales Promotion Manager
- Promotes contests on a weekly, monthly, campaign, and yearly basis
- Coordinates and arranges all Region Conferences
- Produces weekly and monthly contest standings and communications
Region Administrative Manager
- Responsible for education and execution of company procedures at the region level
- Ensures compliance with state, and federal guidelines
- Facilitates administrative policy through effective education and communication
