Vector Marketing Western Region History

1990Vector Marketing current Western Region structure is formed.

1991The San Mateo, CA team brings home the Vector Marketing prestigious Silver Cup as the #1 branch office in the nation.

1993The Vector Marketing Western Region breaks its all-time record with over $6.2 million in sales and has two National Champions for the year. Future Region Sales Director Mark Lovas and the Tacoma branch office team, as well as future Region Manager J. Brad Britton’s Sacramento District team, each bring home a Silver Cup.

1994The Vector Marketing Western Region finishes the year with it’s highest National ranking ever, edging out the Vector Marketing Northeast Region to claim the #3 position.

1995The Vector Marketing Western Region finishes the year with it’s highest sales ever. San Jose’s District Manager became the first District Manager in the Region to eclipse the $1 million mark for District Team Sales.

1996The Vector Marketing Western Region finishes the year with over $10 million in sales. No other Region had sold over $10 million in a single year before 1996.

1997The Vector Marketing Western Region has its best year ever with annual sales topping $13.8 million. The Nor Cal Division becomes the first division in the Region ever to finish with over $3 million for the year. The Bellingham team bring home the Silver Cup as the #1 Branch Office in Vector Marketing.

1998The Vector Marketing Western Region continued improving, as sales increased to over $17 million for the year. The Fresno Office earned the National Silver Cup by producing over $1,000,000 from a single office for the first time in the history of Vector Marketing. The Fresno District Team also took the National Silver Cup with a record-breaking$1.5 million for the year. The Vector Marketing North Pacific Division, led by Division Manager (and future RSD) Mark Lovas, became the first division in Vector Marketing’s history to surpass over $5,000,000 in a single year, earning the National Silver Cup. Four other Vector Marketing Western Divisions finish in the National Top 10.

1999J. Brad Britton is promoted to Region Sales Director, one of many new positions. The Western Region dominated 1999, earning five (out of six) National Champion’s Silver Cups, becoming the only Region to sell over $20 million in one year earning it’s first-ever National Championship. The Personal Sales Silver Cup was earned with a record-breaking sales total. The Eugene Branch office dominated the competition with a record-breaking summer. The San Jose office set a new office record. The North Pacific Division continued its dominance, again earning DVM Mark Lovas the National Silver Cup(his third overall).

2000The Vector Marketing Western Region surpassed 1999’s all-time record by over $4.5 million. Along the way, the West captured four more Silver Cups in the Personal, Branch, Office, and Division Sales categories. The new record for Personal Sales was set, earning the Silver Cup. The North Pacific Division, led by DVM Mark Lovas, continued it’s reign at #1, capturing it’s third consecutive Silver Cup.

2001Vector Marketing and the Western Region continued their tradition of growth, surpassing all previous annual sales totals. The Vector Marketing Western Region captured Silver Cups in the Office, District and Division categories. The San Jose team earned another record-breaking Silver Cup Championship. The Vector Marketing North Pacific Division, led by DVM Mark Lovas, continued it’s reign as National Champion, capturing its fourth consecutive Silver Cup.

2002Brad Britton is promoted to Vector Marketing Western Region Manager and Mark Lovas is promoted to Region Sales Director. The Vector Marketing Western Region earned two Silver Cups in 2002. The North San Diego team earned the Silver Cup for District Team sales and the Vector Marketing Western Region dominated the region race, earning the Silver Cup.

2003The Western Region had another great year, earning it's second consecutive National Champion's Silver Cup (Third Overall). The Western Region also captured all four of the Office-level Championships: Branch (South San Jose), Elite (North San Diego), Premier (Long Beach), and Rising Star (San Diego).

2004The Western Region continued its dominance in 2004, earning seven of 10 possible Silver Cups while placing second in the other three races. Vector Marketing created three leagues for representatives in 2004, with the Western Region earning Silver Cups in the Rising Star League as well as the Premier League. It was another sweep at the office level, with the Western Region earning National Champion honors at the Branch Office (Eugene, OR), Office-Rising Star League (Fullerton), Office-Premier League (Sacramento), and Office-Elite League (San Jose) levels. The Western Region was proud to earn its third consecutive Silver Cup (fourth overall), while also having the first office over $2 Million in one year (Sacramento).
