It is fun and rewarding to be in a business that is only successful if its people succeed first. First of all, we have significance. As a customer sales rep, we help prospects become happily involved with a superior product. We also provide unparalleled follow-up through the service call and catalog programs. As managers, we help representatives and other managers make the most of the opportunity and learn and grow in the process. No matter where you are in your Vector Marketing career, you are part of an organization that does great work and makes a positive impact on the lives of others. Jackie Robinson said “A life isn’t significant except for its impact on other lives.” I am proud to say that our lives are significant because we work daily to add value to others.
